Best Top-Down Games Ever Made
There are many games in the world where the gamer views their character from above: these games are called isometric (if the camera is placed diagonally) or top-down. Unfortunately, in these games, it is often not possible to examine everything you encounter in detail, which is why recently this type has mostly been released only by indie developers (though there are exceptions).
And yet, many games used to be released where the main character was viewed from above: these include tactical strategies, RPGs, shooters, and simulators. In all of them, the large-scale action took center stage, while the graphics were not as important.
