Falls Church Super Mutants.
This mod adds a few more super mutants to the area. When the author played, it was not like the mutants fighting the Brotherhood. You could destroy all opponents in a matter of minutes. But the author added a few more enemies to make the fights last longer, so it really feels like a battle against time.
