Config settings.xml for smooth gaming on weak PCs

Reduces the drawing range of NPCs and vehicles, and also removes friezes.
Installation: unpack the archive with replacement in C:/Users/(Your name)/Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V, then open the file that you replaced using notepad, and at the very bottom change NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT to your video card.
My PC:
- 3GB DDR2 RAM,
- NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT,
- Pentium Dual Core E5300,
- Windows 10.
Before the config:
- 17-29 fps, freezing when driving.
After:
- 32-40fps, no freezes.

Конфиг settings.xml для плавной игры на слабых ПК
Понижает дальность прорисовки НПС, машин, а также убирает фризы.
Установка: распаковать архив с заменой в C:/Users/(Ваше имя)/Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V, затем открыть файл который вы заменили с помощью блокнота, и в самом низу меняете NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT на свою видеокарту.
Мой ПК:
- 3GB ОЗУ DDR2,
- NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT,
- Pentium Dual Core E5300,
- Windows 10.
До конфига:
- 17-29фпс, фризы при езде.
После:
- 32-40фпс, фризов нет.
