Reduces the draw distance for NPCs and vehicles, as well as eliminates stuttering.

Installation: extract the archive and replace it in C:/Users/(Your Name)/Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V, then open the file you replaced with Notepad, and at the very bottom change NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT to your graphics card.

3GB DDR2 RAM,
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT,
Pentium Dual Core E5300,
Windows 10.

Before config:

17-29fps, stutters while driving.

After:

32-40fps, no stutters.

Понижает дальность прорисовки НПС, машин, а также убирает фризы.

Установка: распаковать архив с заменой в C:/Users/(Ваше имя)/Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V, затем открыть файл который вы заменили с помощью блокнота, и в самом низу меняете NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT на свою видеокарту.
