The best retro shooter game. Synthwave approaches the levels with a bang. I’m also pleased with the level editor, although it has its own shortcomings, but you can live with them

The game amazed me: the gameplay is almost like the good old hotline Miami, but better, characters are added (not masks but CHARACTERS), there is a better plot than in the first part, more cutscenes, and at least some sense appeared in all our actions.
I definitely recommend it, but just go through the first part.
Игра меня поразила : это геймплейно почти как старая добрая горячая линия майами, но лучше, добавленны персонажи (не маски а ПЕРСОНАЖИ), есть более лучший сюжет чем в первой части, больше катсцен, да и появился хоть какой то смысл во всех наших действиях.
Одназначно рекомендую, но только пройдите первую часть.
Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number turned out no worse than the first part.
Unlike the original, the plot has become more interesting. The graphics remain
the same, the soundtrack is still excellent. Who liked the first
part, the second is a must.

В отличии от оригинала сюжет стал интересней. Графика осталась
такой же, саундтрек по прежнему отличный. Кому понравилась первая
часть, вторая обязательна к прохождению.
We took all the best from the last part. The soundtrack got better, new performers came. The plot is now scattered across several lines, which is why it has not become any clearer. Difficulty level. The level design is excellent; you’d even like to walk through some levels, but you won’t have time for that. Overall, this is one of the few examples where developers simply do their job perfectly, and then repeat and increase their success.
Взяли все лучшее от прошлой части. Саундтрек похорошел, пришли новые исполнители. Сюжет теперь раскидан на несколько линеек, отчего понятнее не стало. Сложность на уровне. Левел дизайн отличный, по некоторым уровням даже хотелось бы прогуляться, но вам будет не до этого. В целом, это один из немногих примеров, когда разработчики просто делают свою работу на отлично, а потом повторяют и приумножают свой успех.
Quite frankly the best retro assassin game ever. The gameplay is relatively hardcore, the level design is gorgeous (taking into account that this game was released with a top-down view + at that time in 2015), the music in this game is heaven for the ears, it fits well with the game. The plot is interconnected if you are interested in it. The retro style graphics are one of the best (although I haven’t seen any other games with a retro style...), it’s a pity that the localization is not complete, but it’s one of the best games, at least for me.
Откровенно говоря самая лучшая игра про убийцу в стиле ретро. Геймплей относительно хардкорный, Дизайн уровней шикарен (отталкиваясь что эта игра вышла с видом сверху + на тот момент 2015г.), Музыка в этой игре — рай для ушей, она хорошо вписываеться под игру. Сюжет взаимосвязан, если им интересоваться. Графика в стиле ретро одна из лучших (хоть других игр я со стилем ретро не видел...), жаль что локализация не полная, а так одна из лучших игр по крайней мере для меня.

Хороший экшен с видом сверху(Top-Down Action). Музыка на том же уровне. Все так же хорошая стилистика и графика. Геймплей тоже хорош. В отличии от прошлой игры здесь не маски дающие плюха. А разные персонажи со своими бонусами. Если вам понравилось прошлая часть. Эту нельзя упускать. Учитывая что разработчики давали понять что это финальная часть. Завершая все линии из прошлой части.

Шикарнейшая игра! Это истинное ультранасилие, которое не грех и за фулпрайс брать! Геймплей шикарен и этим можно заниматься вечно. Сюжет отличный, однако если вы не играли в первую часть, то ничего не поймёте из-за темпа повествования, который прыгает с одной истории на другую, и возможно придётся смотреть разбор сюжета, чтобы что-то понять. Музыка идеальна. Где-то написана специально для игры, а где-то была взята, однако абсолютно каждый трек не надоедает и большинство из этих треков вы добавите в плейлист. Баги в игре есть, однако они практически никак не могут испортить прохождение. Есть к примеру собаки, которые крутятся, или же эш (чел с пистолетом) может внезапно телепортироваться сквозь стены. Есть также баги с помощью которых можно скипнуть уровень. А ещё в игре в определённый моме… Read full
Excellent game. I took all the best from the first part and added my own. New wonderful levels, new characters who manage to be revealed and shown from almost all sides, new masterpiece music. Worth buying, especially considering the frequent discounts on it
Превосходная игра. Взяла все самое лучшее от первой части и добавила ещё своего. Новые замечательные уровни, новые персонажи, которых успевают раскрыть и показать практически со всех сторон, новая шедевральная музыка. Стоит купить, особенно есть учитывать частые скидки на нее

Let's go through the gameplay - the mechanics, as for me, are quite interesting, and are addictive with their *normality???*, the controls are simple, and the game itself is just terrible (difficult), but who has nerves of steel? It will pass without much difficulty, the main thing is to pull yourself together.
What can I say about the plot? I won’t describe the plot in this review, but whoever wants to go through XM2, I’ll give you advice - don’t skip the dialogues, because then you’re unlikely to understand what’s happening.
The music in the game is simply amazing, from the coolest rock to the gentle playing of the piano, but the sound of the shots themselves can somehow hurt your ears (in any case, you can change the volume in the settings)

Всё что могу сказать о Хотлайн Майами 2
Пройдёмся по геймплею — механика как по мне довольно интересная, и затягивает своей *нормальностью???*, управление простое, а сама игра просто ужас (сложно), но у кого стальные нервы тот без особой сложности её пройдёт, главное — взять себя в руки.
Что могу сказать по сюжету? В отзыв расписывать сюжет я не буду, но кто захочет пройти ХМ2, то дам вам совет — не пропускайте диалоги, ведь дальше вы вряд ли поймёте что происходит.
Музыка в игре просто потрясающая от крутейшего рока до нежной игры на пианино, а вот звук самих выстрелов может как то и даёт по ушам (в любом случае можно поменять громкость в настройках)
Графику похвалить или отругать я не могу, ведь игра пиксельная, но приятная, что также могу сказать про локализацию, карты очень дет… Read full
