About the Game

Mainframe Defenders is a turn-based roguelike tactics game focused on interesting items and customization. The game resembles a hybrid of XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Mech Commander , and Syndicate (1995), crafted in a true retro 80s style. In the storyline of Mainframe Defenders, a dangerous virus has infiltrated the "Starseer" research facility. Most of the facility's robots have been infected. Players must control a squad of 4 prototypes to protect the "Mainframe." They will have to fend off assaults, destroy fabricators, download valuable data, clear infected nodes, and much more on their way to the deepest areas of the facility.
