MechWarrior 3 — The plot of the game is based on Operation “Sword of Damocles” by the combined forces of the Inner Sphere, which precedes major operations to destroy the Smoky Jaguar clan group of troops.

The goal of the mission is to destroy key structures on the planet Tranquil, including a mech factory, a spaceport, a geothermal power plant, and, finally, the elimination of the clan's forces and leadership. Minor resistance from small enemy groups and patrols is expected.
