Now, you can have as many troops as you want. Safe to add mid-game.

If the game crashes on startup after installing this mod, you can try unlocking the .dll files of the mod. Open the mod folder in your modules folder, then go to bin -> Win64_Shipping_Client. Right-click BannerlordTweaks.dll and select Properties. In the pop-up window, select the "Unblock" checkbox. Do the same for 0Harmony.dll.
