The script unlocks all game DLLs. Unlocking DLLs is an important process, and without all DLLs unlocked, some mods simply won't work.
Installation: transfer the files from the archive to the Modules folder, then run the file called LaunchMe.bat.

Разблокировка всех DLL для модов
Скрипт разблокировывает все DLL игры. Разблокировка DLL — важный процесс, и без всех разблокированных DLL некоторые моды попросту не будут работать.
Установка: перекидываем файлы из архива в папку Modules, затем запускаем файл под названием LaunchMe.bat.
