Distinguished Service.
This mod allows regular soldiers who meet certain criteria to become companions after combat. Now the troops that have been at your side since peasant times can be rewarded with comfortable governorships. Use translation into Russian.
Randomly after a battle (with a probability set in the XML configuration file) an individual soldier will be nominated for promotion to fellowship if they have a high enough unit level (also set in the XML file). They will be given the stats of their unit type, as well as some random bonuses across the board, as well as attributes and focus points that you can assign as you see fit.

Этот мод позволяет обычным солдатам, отвечающим определенным критериям, после боя стать компаньоном. Теперь войска, которые были на вашей стороне с крестьянских времен, могут быть вознаграждены удобными постами губернатора. Используйте перевод на русский язык.
Случайным образом после битвы (с вероятностью, установленной в XML-файле конфигурации) отдельный солдат будет назначен для повышения до товарищества, если он имеет достаточно высокий уровень юнита (также установленный в XML-файле). Им будут даны характеристики их типа юнитов, а также некоторые случайные бонусы по всем направлениям, а также атрибуты и точки фокусировки, которые вы можете назначить по своему усмотрению.
