Red Dead Redemption 2

I've played through it several times, always immersed myself in it, cool little details, a solid plot, although it can be a little bit stuffy at the beginning. Otherwise I liked the game, well done Rockstar)

Amazing game. I was able to play it in 2022, when I finally bought a gaming computer and was able to see this masterpiece in high quality pictures.

Such games make you understand that the gaming industry has come close to the film industry and is good competition. A game with a good dramatic plot sometimes looks as exciting as a highly rated film, and the emotions are even more vivid, because the player does not look at the actors from the outside, but as if he is creating history.

Rightfully the best game of 2018

RDR 2 is a game where you really feel the hero's suffering and feelings. Arthur Morgan is the best character in the Rockstar games in my opinion.

I really like this game. When I launched it for the first time, I had mixed feelings. I thought that the game was unlikely to hook me with its so-called realistic and immersive narrative. And yet, in the end, I was 100% satisfied with Rdr 2. What’s especially pleasantly surprising is how deep the plot in this game is about complexity, redemption and making your own decisions. This is literally a very interesting complex story about a man who was able to make the greatest self-sacrifice in his life, change and become a good person. This story reminds me of an old game by Rockstar Games called Grand Theft Auto 4. This is probably the only GTA that will be on the level of Rdr 2 in terms of complexity of storytelling. The game has the most vibrant, richest, and most beautiful open world of any game of the decade. The plot is just perfect, Rockstar jumped over their heads. Branded phenomenal optimization from the creators of GTA. Incredibly beautiful graphics that most developers cannot achieve after 7 years. If we analyze music, then a separate article is needed. 150 hours in the game fly by unnoticed, it is impossible to get bored in the game. The advantages include good graphics, excellent missions and plot. Completely in the spirit of that time. The downside is that you stupidly jump to the other end of the map to complete the quest and this is constant. Very freezing

This is a game with a soul, raising eternal questions about good and evil, friendship and betrayal, about life and death in the end. This is not just GTA on horseback. The plot, characters and atmosphere of late 19th century America play a much larger role than shootouts and horse races.

How this game was overhyped at one time, how many positive things were said about it, but in reality it turned out that this is a typical “kill/fetch” game, where 80% of the time you are just stupidly downloading somewhere. The plot is trashy and predictable, some missions are absurd (cutting out the entire city to return 2 revolvers to Mika / going drinking with Lenny when your partner was taken hostage). The characters are boring, none of them are engaging. The choice in missions and on the map is purely formal and does not lead to anything. The controls are crooked, the shooting is terrible. Hunting for animals is funny - you look for which animal has the most quality stars, kill it, rip off the skin, take it and 2-5 pieces of meat, and sell it all for 2-3 dollars. It’s quite unfair that RDR2 is inferior to many in the Top 100 list, because the graphics, gameplay and wild west style are brought to a huge level of quality. And the sophistication was not forgotten
