Dull fog in the style of the game "Silent Hill 2"

SIlent Hill Reshade v2 SH2 Mode.
The goal of this preset is to make RE3 more like the old Silent Hill games.
Features:
- Changed the color of the fog.
- Reduced fog distance.
- All colors look grayer and duller.
- Added a 3Dfx effect that will make the atmosphere more like Silent Hill 2.
Installation:
You will need to download and install Reshade if you haven't already. Then simply place the INI file in your RE3 game folder (in the same folder as RE3.exe).
