Silent Hill Reshade v3 Dark Mode.
This mod will make the atmosphere of the game even more gloomy, because there will be only pitch darkness around you. The viewing range has been significantly reduced.
Installation:
You will need to download and install Reshade if you haven't already. Then simply place the INI file in your RE3 game folder (in the same folder as RE3.exe).
