Installation:

download and install the latest version fluffy manager;
copy the .rar file (without extracting) into the installation folder Mod Manager: Modmanager \ Games \ Re4r \ Mods;
First set the main mod, and then the additions that you want to use;
In the game, select the ADA costume by default (if you have any other activated).
