The most terrible survival horror game in history.
The game has an interesting plot and several endings, including a secret one.
Some puzzles require a lot of thought.
A must-play for connoisseurs of the classics.

You can talk about Silent Hill for hours, without this game there would be no entire series, it is the best of all, and I’m not talking about the graphics, which by the way were one of the best for the PSOne, I’m talking about the emotional component of the game, no matter how many years have passed ( and I played this masterpiece 10-15 years ago) I will probably never forget the martyr Harry, the unfortunate Lisa and the policeman Sybil who, at the very beginning of the game, handing over the pistol, tells Harry the key words (that he should shoot only when absolutely necessary, and knew exactly who he was shooting at), which subsequently radically change the plot and ending of the game. The best part of Silent Hill, which I enjoy playing to this day. Pixel graphics do not cause discomfort, as in the first three residents; on the contrary, they attract with their extremely atmospheric, gloomy style. There is even a small open world here, which was very rare for the late 90s.

I finished this game again.
Despite the fact that the controls are inconvenient by today's standards, as well as the not-so-ideal melee mechanics, I admit that I fell in love with this game even more.
Because the plot, in which the developers from TS wrapped up such a Japanese thing that has been catching you for so many years and can’t get out of your head, coupled with a simply incredible atmosphere and the iconic soundtrack of Yamaoka (how can we not mention this genius), creates such an incredible horror that even graphene from the ps1 era adds even more crypto.
Team Silent are pure geniuses, it’s a pity that only the series is on the top shelf of Konami. The first part needs a remake more than the sequel, but Konami thinks differently...or doesn’t think at all.
