SpellForce 3 is a continuation of the interesting interweaving of real-time strategy and role-playing games in a fantasy setting. The game tells about the events preceding the plot of SpellForce: The Order of Dawn. You will once again visit the luxurious and amazing fantasy world of Eo and take part in exciting adventures. The main highlight of the game is the combination of two genres. The strategic part concerns mainly global management: building a base and managing the economy, expanding territory and commanding large detachments. And the role-playing part is revealed in managing a group of heroes. In this case, the latter will need to be created from scratch, as in a real RPG.

Plot-wise, the game is absolutely unrelated to other games in the SpellForce series, and moreover, it breaks the lore of the game.
Graphically, it may look beautiful, but it is very overloaded. And it’s not even a matter of who has what kind of computer power. The overlay, health indicators and other nuances are very inconvenient and interfere. And the design of many things leaves much to be desired.
The gameplay of the game is also quite different from other games in the series. It is possible to play for different races, but this does not give anything special, since they are all the same and only differ in appearance.

Сюжетно, игра абсолютно не связана с другими играми серии SpellForce, и более того, ломает лор игры.
Графически, выглядит может и красиво, но весьма перегружено. И дело даже не в том, у кого какой по мощности компьютер. Оверлей, показатели здоровья и прочие нюансы очень сильно не удобны и мешают. Да и дизайн многих вещей оставлять желать лучшего.
Геймплейно игра так же достаточно сильно отличается от других игр серии. Есть возможность игры за разные расы, однако это не даёт чего-то особого, так как все они одинаковы и лишь отличаются внешне.
Порой всё слишком затянуто.
