Best Tactical & Strategy RPGs
RPG-strategies are a blend of two well-known genres, each of which brings something unique to the game. In role-playing strategies, there is both base building with the creation of your own army, and individual heroes with levels, upgrades, and equipment, who lead the created army into battle.
Usually, RPG elements are found in RTS (real-time strategies), but there are exceptions. Sometimes the death of a hero in such games is equivalent to losing the entire base, while at other times, a fallen protagonist can be resurrected in the city without penalties and made to fight again.
This list includes all games that are both RPG and strategy.
