Stellaris: Galactic Paragons

The expansion enhances the Council mechanics by introducing leaders who can strengthen the player's empire with their special abilities, and adds a number of additional features. Additionally, the game includes 8 new civic models focused on leadership, 12 new veteran classes, hundreds of leader traits, and 2 tradition trees.

The expansion requires the original version of Stellaris.
