The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition

Reissue of the 2019 role-playing game The Outer Worlds. The events of the game unfold in an alternate reality, in a world where corporatocracy has triumphed, becoming the main beneficiary of humanity's expansion across the galaxy. To tackle the complex task of conquering other worlds, corporations enlisted workers, traders, military personnel, employees, and the cultural and scientific elite of humanity. With the colony of Halcyon, where the game begins, everything went as planned, except the ship carrying the elite did not arrive on time and remained adrift in space. The main character is in cryosleep on this ship.

The protagonist is a typical nobody in the corporate future: a janitor, farmer, bureaucrat, or assistant to the assistant cook (there is an advanced character creator), who ended up on the ship merely by fate. However, it is he who the local mad scientist decides to wake up after 70 years of cryosleep.

The new Spacer's Choice Edition includes the updated version of the game and two expansions The Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos and The Outer Worlds: Peril on Gorgon. The game features improved graphics, animation, and performance, as well as an increased character level cap. DualSense controller support has also been added.
