Total Anarchy: Pavilion City — arcade racing action in an open world with a top-down view, reminiscent of the early Grand Theft Auto games. Welcome to the late 90s. Pavilion City is engulfed in corruption and violence. Three rival factions are vying for power: anarchist hooligans, cunning guerrillas, and the ultra-right legion. It seems everyone wants you dead. As you progress, you will explore the open world, drive cars, attack pedestrians, engage in shootouts, and even control a military tank. Additionally, the game features around a hundred vehicles, 26 different types of weapons, and 9 radio stations.
