CD Projekt RED is looking for a specialist for multiplayer in the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077
It is likely that the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 will get a multiplayer, which the first game never got. Judging by the vacancy on the CD Projekt RED website, the studio is looking for a specialist in multiplayer systems.
The search for an employee is being handled by a division in Boston (USA), which is working on the sequel to the RPG action game codenamed Project Orion. According to the description, the staff needs a leading network programmer, whose responsibilities will include developing a network architecture, creating multiplayer systems, supporting server operation and introducing new tools and features.
The vacancy does not indicate what project the specialist will work on, but there is a high probability that it is a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077. In addition, CD Projekt RED previously stated that they are considering the possibility of adding multiplayer to the sequel to the action game.
Let us remind you that in addition to the multiplayer mode, the sequel will feature photorealistic graphics. The developers also intend to create a truly dystopian world in Cyberpunk 2.
