IGN Lists the 25 Best Horror Games of All Time

Following in the footsteps of Kotaku, IGN has released its own Halloween-themed ranking, compiling a list of the 25 scariest horror games ever made.
At the top of the list is Silent Hill 2. The «disturbing and psychological» journey remains relevant today, partly thanks to the Bloober Team remake. However, the journalists chose the original 2001 version, praising the unique charm of the PS2 era.
Second place goes to the remake of Resident Evil 2, which, according to them, plays much better than the original. Coming in third is the first Amnesia.
