Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines Gets Fan-Made Ray-Traced Remaster
Today, another game on the Source engine, the iconic Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines, celebrates its 20th anniversary. In honor of this, modder Safemilk released an alpha version of his «remaster» with graphical improvements.
We have previously written about his work and shown early images. The Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines — RTX Remaster mod adds path and ray tracing to the game, making the graphics and lighting look better than in the original. The addon is still in the testing stage and may produce errors, but the author intends to improve it in the future. You can see the result in the screenshots below:

The mod can be downloaded from this link. Before using it, you need to install Unofficial Patch version 11.5, and also update the video card drivers. Detailed instructions for launching are here.
A new trailer for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 was released earlier, which showed the clan abilities of vampires. The sequel is expected to be released in the first half of 2025.
