Recently, Starward Industries, a studio composed of former developers from The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Dead Island, and Dying Light, released a teaser trailer for their new game, Dante's Ring. The project is described as an adventure RPG with survival and arcade elements.
The main threats in the game are deadly natural forces—raging fires, molten lava, and powerful earthquakes. Players take on the role of an explorer who must survive on a volcanic ridge.
«Strive to survive and save as many lives as possible while facing the force of nature, the aftermath of a natural disaster, deep-seated human beliefs, social conflicts, and your own inner demons», — the description reads.
The gameplay focuses on saving human lives. The developers promise intriguing puzzles, non-linear missions, and challenging moral decisions that players will have to make throughout the game.
Dante's Ring is set to enter early access in 2025. A Steam page is already available.
As a reminder, Starward Industries previously released the first-person sci-fi thriller The Invincible, which received very positive reviews from gamers.
