Next year, Baldur's Gate 3 is set to receive a major update that will introduce new content to the game. Recently, developers from Larian Studios revealed the details of the next patch.
Update Highlights:
- Crossplay, allowing gamers to play together across different platforms;
- Photo Mode;
- New camera settings;
- Bug fixes;
- 12 new subclasses: Bard (College of Glamour), Barbarian (Path of the Giant), Cleric (Death Domain), Druid (Circle of Stars), Paladin (Oath of the Crown), Fighter (Arcane Archer), Monk (Drunken Master), Ranger (Swarmkeeper), Rogue (Swashbuckler), Sorcerer (Shadow Magic), Warlock (Hexblade), and Wizard (Bladesinging).
The new subclasses will also bring new abilities to the game. A stress test for the update is scheduled for January 2025.
