It took a while, but fans have finally compared S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl to all three games in the classic series. YouTuber TeamYellow showed how the Red Forest, Swamps, and other locations from the original have changed in the sequel.
The blogger filmed footage from Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat, comparing their locations with the new Unreal Engine 5 implementation. In the video below, you can see what Garbage, Yantar, Zaton, Agroprom, the outskirts of Jupiter, and other locations in the game now look like:
Meanwhile, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 received high praise from the creator of Prey and Dishonored, and an Easter egg for fans of The Witcher was found in the game itself.
