The Witcher 3, Far Cry, and The Last of Us Creators Are Working on a New AAA Open-World Game

Polish studio Elsewhere Entertainment, founded in 2024 under the auspices of Activision Blizzard, has revealed the first details of its new project. The team includes veterans of The Last of Us, The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and Uncharted.

As it became known from the LinkedIn profile of senior network programming expert Lukasz Nizik, the studio is working on a new narrative game with an open world, single-player and multiplayer modes, using a new engine. Other details of the project are still unknown, but it was previously reported that Elsewhere Entertainment will be working on AAA games.

Recall that another project from the creators of The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 is also in development — the vampire action RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker from the Rebel Wolves studio. And recently, Hasbro announced the release window for Exodus — a space RPG from the developers of Mass Effect.
