Opening of Ubisoft's Co-op Shooter Project U Leaked Online

New leaks from Ubisoft — this time, the opening screen for Project U, another project by the company, has leaked online. The game was announced back in 2022 and most likely ended up in production hell.
Project U was developed by Ubisoft Annecy as a session co-op shooter, but production was restarted in 2024, as reported by Insider Gaming. The game's plot unfolds in a sci-fi world where the Earth has been enslaved by robots who want to mechanize all living things. Players had to fight in PvE battles in teams of four, going through increasingly difficult levels to meet the final boss.
However, Project U was not designed for repeated playthroughs, which is why the project was sent back for revision. In 2024, development was "frozen" after two game directors and some employees left the team.
Let's remember that Ubisoft is in full swing preparing for the release of Assassin's Creed: Shadows, which will be released on March 20 on PC, Xbox Series X/S and PS5. New gameplay and details of the first DLC have recently appeared.
