When you return to the capital after exploring the Nameless Village, change into courtly attire and speak to the captain. The next morning, you will head to the throne room, but you will not be able to enter — a personal pawn will warn the Arisen of the danger.

Upon returning to the tavern, the captain will ask you to rest for a few days and then come back to receive a new assignment. Fulfill his request to complete the quest and receive a return crystal, as well as 5000 experience points.
