You will receive this quest when you first decide to visit the Flame Castle in the city of Bakbattal. Menella will meet you at the main gates and ask for help: you need to find a potential murderer of the empress based on a description.

Return to the hotel and wait until morning, then talk to Menella again. She will tell you that this murderer recently attempted to assassinate the ruler and was wounded, so you should look for someone with a wound on their hand.

When the prayer begins, go up the stairs and look around. To the right, you will see a man with tied-back hair and a cloak over his shoulder. If you look closely when he raises his hands, you can notice a cut on one of them. Approach him and press the «Grab» key.

This quest is timed, so do not delay. In case you make a mistake and detain the wrong person, you can load the last save and try again. As a reward, players will receive 18,000 gold, 5 Jasper stones, and 3,500 experience points.
