Walkthrough for Underground Blossom: All Puzzles and Achievements

Underground Blossom is the latest puzzle game from the creators of Rusty Lake, where you will explore several subway stations and solve various puzzles, collecting Laura Vanderboom's memories. In this guide, we will tell you how to solve all the puzzles, find the cubes, and unlock the available achievements.

Chapter 1. Lullaby Station

Upon arriving at the station, open the suitcase to the right of the stroller, take out matches and a bottle. Immediately give the bottle to the baby in the stroller and take the pin.

Move to the screen on the right and interact with the metal box on the floor next to the poster. Inside are cloth and a saw. Use the saw to cut the grille in the same room and take the rod. Use it on the key under the grille to take it.

Return to the baby, apply the cloth on him and secure it with the pin. Press on the baby several times to get a dirty diaper.

The spatula should be used on the poster to get a clue for the clock on the woman's chest. Using this combination, the train's arrival time (10:15) will become available.

Set the time on the clock — the train will arrive. Interact with the conductor, and after his monologue ends, inspect his breast pocket. Take the coin and return to the ticket kiosk.

Open kiosk №1 and wake up the old lady with the rod. Give her the coin to get a ticket, board the train, and complete the chapter.

Chapter 2. Childhood Alley

To the left of the woman with the child, there is a panel — take the old gum with the spatula from here and give it to the girl to get a chewed gum.

Now walk around the station and find the little girl in different places:

  • Behind the bench where a man is sitting;
  • Behind the newspaper kiosk;
  • Behind the owl statue.

This way, you will get the first glass panel. It needs to be installed on the left painting in the main hall and form the correct image. Take the kiosk handle.

With it, open the kiosk and take the newspaper. Give the item to the man on the bench, then correctly place the headlines so they match the images.

The man will lift the newspaper higher, allowing you to inspect his breast pocket and retrieve a coin. You can also take a ticket from the machine here. Use the following combination, which is shown in the screenshot.

Underneath the ticket machine, take the poster and place it in the hall with the kiosk. Here you should solve two puzzles.

On the poster to the right, sequentially select:

  1. Glass.
  2. Hat.
  3. Kite.
  4. Camel.
  5. Airplane.
  6. Pyramid.
  7. Sun.

You will receive a key to the phone booth. There's nowhere to call yet — return to the frame on the left, attach the chewed gum and the found poster here.

It will instruct you on what to select at this moment. Here's the order:

  1. Lips.
  2. Eyes.
  3. Bracelet on the wrist.
  4. Hair.
  5. Eyes.
  6. Lips.
  7. Box.

Use the number 53114 in the phone booth and listen to the monologue. You will receive a hint to look into the bird's eyes. Head to the owl statue and inspect the eyes. A panel will open at its lower part — apply the previously found rod to it.

Here will be displayed four numbers 8827 — this is the code for the suitcase of the man sitting on the bench nearby. Open it and retrieve a camera.

Give the camera to the girl and press on her until a strange creature appears, taking her mother away. To do this, you need to interact with the creature and watch the scene to the end.

Move to the room with the clocks to see how they depart, and also inspect the mother's bag on the floor. You will find a watch, a screwdriver, and a note. The last item cannot be picked up, only read.

Return to the main hall and apply the screwdriver to the panel on the left side (where you found the gum). Retrieve the second glass panel for the painting on the left.

As in the previous case, you must assemble the correct image. Rotate the blocks to match the screenshot below. Retrieve the clock hand.

To find out the correct time for the train's arrival, find the girl under Mr. Owl's statue and interact with her. She will close the panel but drop a film.

Take the film to the kiosk and put it in the basket. A voice will tell you to return in 20 minutes. Fast forward the time on the main clocks. One of the photographs will display the correct time — 4:05.

Insert the clock hand and set the time. The train will arrive, allowing you to hand over the pass and complete the chapter.

Chapter 3. School Street

Here, too, many actions are to be taken, but we recommend first collecting all the available items on the location, including getting a ticket from the machine.

You will face a simple puzzle: you can start from any place, but it's important to move in the direction and on the cells as shown on the buttons. We will leave a screenshot with a hint. Collect the ticket.

To the left of the girl on the floor, inspect a pack of peanuts and take one. On the right, there is a sheet with a drawing — you need to fold it so that it becomes a paper airplane.

In the room on the right on the floor, there is a can — open it with a screwdriver and take a sausage. Now you can proceed to solve the main puzzle on this level.

Find the guy with the book and inspect it. Here, you need to correctly place the students' photos with the help of hints on the left side of the screen. For this, you will need the items found earlier. The correct placement of the students is shown in the screenshot below.

Give Hank the peanuts, sausage, and airplane to get a worm. In the same room, interact with the bird. Give it the worm and press on the egg. It will fall on Johnny's head, who will drop a briefcase. Inside there is a locked diary — the password can be figured out using the candy, pencil sharpener, and cigar on the ruler (637).

Collect the photographs and give them to Lucy, who will tell you the time until the train's arrival (14:45). Give the ticket to the conductor and complete the chapter.

Chapter 4. Bird Bridge Station

Inspect the metal box in the main hall and take a piece of sausage with a pencil. Use the pencil on Lucy to trace the drawing of the mother and get a line.

In the room to the right, open the hatch and attach the line to the stick. All that's left is to find a hook. Go further right into the hall with the trumpeter. Interact with the painting — you will learn the correct sequence of notes (from left to right on the trumpet):

  • 1-2-3-1-2-3

A fish will appear from the pipe, which you can inspect and find a hook. Attach the hook to the stick at the well and put a piece of sausage on it. A rat will appear. Follow it into the hall with the musician. Inspect the note that appears after the rodent's escape. You will learn that a train with a team of workers arrives at the station exactly at 5 o'clock.

Now follow the hints from the workers themselves:

  • You are looking for a person in a red hat (standing in the hall with the kiosk);
  • Talk to my colleague with the brown briefcase (in the train arrival hall) — you will receive glasses.
  • Give the glasses to the person in the helmet (in the main station hall);
  • Talk to the tall smiling man (in the train arrival hall) — look into his pocket and take a tie.
  • One of the workers is missing a tie (in the main station hall);
  • Talk to the man with the green tie (in the hall with the kiosk) — he will say you confused him with his twin;
  • Talk to the same man (in the hall with the musician) — check his pocket and take a lighter.

Return to the train arrival hall, where one worker remains. Take his money and buy coffee and a sandwich at the kiosk. Give the sandwich to the guy, remove all the worms from it, and take the crumbs. Take the coffee to Lucy to get a cigarette butt.

Take the cigarette to the man in the hall with the kiosk and give him the lighter. He will rob you, but leave behind a note and a paperclip.

Use the paperclip on the electrical panel here, after which you will need to compose a combination of numbers from the available parts.

Follow the wire to the adjacent hall, find the loudspeaker here, and interact with it. You will receive three new notes:

  • 1-1-2-2-3-3

A bird will fly out of the musician's pipe and land on the shoulder of a man in the main hall. Feed it the crumbs and receive the last melody:

  • 3-3-1-3-1-1

Thus, you will receive a pass. The train's arrival time can be tracked in Lucy's diary, which lies on the bench to her left. To do this, you will have to solve a small puzzle: The minute hand points to the tree, the hour hand almost caught the dark soul04:45.

Chapter 5. The Crossroads of Regret

Immediately inspect the box under the bench and take the clock hand. Interact with Lucy and listen to two monologues. In the second, she will say that Bob's train leaves at 4 o'clock. Set the hand and turn it to 04:00. Escort Bob to the train and take money and a coin from his wallet.

The coin needs to be inserted into the machine — you will have 100 points. Distribute them as follows:

  • 20
  • 45
  • 35

Next, candies of certain shapes will fly out of the packets. Sort them by these shapes: animals into the bag with the dog, machines into the bag with the bicycle, and fruits and food into the last bag. Take the corn cookie.

Use the obtained cookie on the pigeon and create a combination from the crumbs (right to left):

  • Yellow;
  • Yellow;
  • Yellow;
  • Yellow;
  • Grey;
  • White;
  • White;
  • Red;
  • White;
  • Red;
  • White.

Follow the bird all the while until it is struck down by the train. In the remains, you will find a key. It can be used on the grate, behind which stands a male silhouette. He will say that you must leave the money under the bench and return at 09:00. Place the bill in the box under the bench and fast-forward time.

The thief will not return the clock, but you will receive a saw. Use it to get rid of the padlock on the locker and take the missing piece of canvas. In this puzzle, you need to find similar images and capture them by pressing a certain circle.

The trash can under the painting will fall, and trash will spill out, which needs to be sorted into pairs. If you encounter difficulties, use the screenshot below.

You will receive a pill and a note from Dr. Clark — give it to Laura. After the station changes, interact with Laura again. She will say that she dreams of Bob, who holds a broken heart:

  • Find the heart and give it to Bob;
  • Give the hand to the mother, and her face to the girl;
  • Give the fish to the detective;
  • Bob turned into a bird. Give him the rat, and the woman's head to the demon;
  • Another bird will appear — hand it the branch;
  • Give the old woman the black cube.

Returning to the station, inspect the portrait and take the brush. Take the ticket from the girl's hands. In the train arrival hall, apply the brush to the bird's remains and outline the painting with paint to find out the train's arrival time — 19:55.

Chapter 6. Soul Street

Go to the right part of the station and inspect the wall with stones. To solve this puzzle, you need to lead the insect to the circled point. Use the stones that indicate direction for this. If you encounter difficulties — look at the screenshot below.

The insect will lead you to the main hall to a dark substance. If you touch it, a person will appear who will give you a key to locker №7. Inside are pliers.

Next to the lockers stands a crowbar. Use it on the barrel with fuel and ignite it. After that, you can interact with the metal box in the room with the previous puzzle to get the key to locker №6 and take a bucket.

Use the pliers here on the padlock — a bound man will appear before you, the very thief who stole the clock. Take a piece of duct tape from his mouth and inspect the tattoos with symbols and numbers. The duct tape is needed to power the locker from the electrical panel.

Apply the duct tape to the wires and switch the levers (from left to right):

  • Up;
  • Up;
  • Left.

Take the valve. Install it on the pipe with a tap, fill the bucket with water, and extinguish the fire. This way, you'll get a wire.

Return to the electrical panel and wrap the wires on the right with the wire, then set the following sequence of levers:

  • Up;
  • Right;
  • Up;
  • Left.

Now you need to make the thief talk. First, fill the bucket with water and pour it on him. Then, fill the bucket again, but pour the water into the grate in the adjacent room (first apply the crowbar) — you will get a clothespin. Attach it to one nipple, and a paperclip to the other. Finally, since you've powered the chair with electricity, press the lever. He will agree to tell everything.

Inspect the poster. Interact with the hand of the dead woman several times and take the key to locker №8 and a locked chest. You'll have to return to the main hall and restore power to the lamp. For this, apply another piece of duct tape to the wires and set the sequence of levers:

  • Up;
  • Right;
  • Up;
  • Up;
  • Right.

You will get the combination Wolf, Bird, Boat, Tree. The corresponding numbers can be found on the thief's tattoos — 4195. Take the clock. Give it to the black silhouette of a man and highlight the necessary symbols that are drawn on the wall. The arrival time of the train will become available — 14:15.

Chapter 7. The Lake

Upon arriving at the lake, find the dark silhouette. It will tell you to look behind yourself. On other maps, find a tree and click on it several times until an old woman and a woman appear. Return to the dark silhouette and listen to Lucy. She will ask you to get on the train.

The story will be concluded, but the game does not end there. You can continue to explore the stations, find secrets, and unlock achievements. More details in the next section.

How to get all achievements (endgame)

As you progress through the story chapters, you will receive the mandatory achievements, which total 14. However, in addition to this, you can also unlock another 20 achievements. Simply return to the game and take the map from the suitcase, which will allow you to move between stations.

Future in the Past, Past in the Future

In Chapter 7, find an insect and interact with it three times.

Proud of Yourself?

In the first chapter, click on the baby many times until it starts crying.

Listen to Music and Die

This achievement can be obtained by interacting with the second note on the musician's trumpet many times.

Annoyance

In Chapter 2 Childhood Alley, inspect the newspaper kiosk and click on the Photo Services sign 50 times.

Not Bad Technique

In Chapter 6 Soul Street, twist one of the two nipples to which a clothespin or paperclip is attached about 20 times.

Creepy Parasite

Interact with the corpse in the Crossroads of Regret chapter several times.

Not So Cool Johnny

In the School Street chapter, interact with the boy who got hit by an egg until a classmate shuts him up.

How to find all the cubes in each chapter

Go to Chapter 7 and talk to the man in the diving mask. He will ask you to find all the cubes, one at each station. Listen to his monologue to the end to receive a coin.

Wooden Cube

If you have a bucket of water (which can be filled in Chapter 6), then at the Lake location, pour the water to the left of the tree and interact with the hole several times. You will receive a wooden cube and the corresponding achievement.

Copper Cube

Go to School Street and use paint on Mr. Owl's eyes. This way, you will obtain the key to locker №9 in Chapter 6, find the copper cube, and receive the corresponding achievement.

Bone Cube

In the room with the musician, use the crowbar on the tile, take the bill. Give it at the food counter, grab a donut.

Return the donut to Bob — he will share some information with you. Head to the Alley of Regrets station and set the clock to 12:00. In the room with the vending machine, a woman will appear who will give you the bone cube.

Stone Cube

Return to the Crossroads of Regrets station and insert a coin into the candy machine. Take the peanut bar. Since one of the schoolboys is allergic, place the bar on his head in the School Street chapter. This way you will learn the notes for the musician:

  • 2-2-2-1-2-3

Go to the trumpeter and enter the combination. Take the stone cube.

Bronze Cube

Fill a bucket with water in chapter 6 and return to the Bird Bridge station. Pour the water into the well to retrieve a fishing net. It needs to be used in the Soul Street chapter on the puddle from which a fish occasionally jumps out. Use the crowbar on the carcass and take the key.

This key opens a ticket booth in chapter 1, where you can pick up the cube.

Ice Cube

Fill the bucket with water and pour it into the hatch behind the grate at the station in chapter 1. You will see the correct sequence that needs to be entered in the School Street chapter:

  • Down (2);
  • Left;
  • Up-Down;
  • Right;
  • Down (2).

Marble Cube

The clue to the location of the last cube can be found in chapter 5 if you use the crowbar on the hidden panel in the main hall.

Head to chapter 2 and create the same picture on the ticket machine. Take the marble cube.

Unique Achievements

Note: The following achievements can be unlocked after you collect all the cubes at each station.

One Shrimp, Please

Place all the cubes found in the diver's box and take the shrimp. It needs to be delivered to the conductor in chapter 1.

Return to Work

You will receive a ticket and the train's arrival time — 2:25. You will go to the Rusty Lake Hotel. Ring the bell and sit in the boat. Talk to Mr. Owl to get the achievement.

Ascension

To get this achievement, you need to place all the cubes as the games of the Cube Escape series are arranged on the developers' poster. If you have difficulties — screenshot below.

Nearby, a white cube will appear. Press on the silhouettes to make a door appear. Talk to the crow and get the achievement.

Behind the Mask

This achievement will be obtained only by those players who follow the developers' posts on social networks. On one of the images, you can find the code for the metal box in chapter 6. Return here and enter the numbers 5372.

Return to the first chapter and put the mask you received on the woman's face.

He's Back

At the Childhood Alley station, use the phone and enter the number 74222. A new train time will appear — 08:35. Set the time and get on the train. Listen to the man in the white coat and go to the room on the left. Set the number to 66, take out the key from the box.

Find the locked door with a dial and enter the password 8357992442. In the room that opens, press the lamp many times until you get the achievement.

Your Memories Are Safe With Us

Now, interact with the console again and enter the code 8357992442. Use the key to open the bottom drawer, take out the Mr. Memory toy. In the far-left room, take out box number 23 and take the cassette titled Vendome_Ba.

Insert the cassette into the player to get the last available achievement in the game. However, after this, you will see that the scientist has fallen, and an envelope has appeared next to him. Pick it up and take the key to the upper drawer.
