How to break the wall in Saint Alban's Abbey in Assassin's Creed Valhalla and find the prison cell key

In Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, there are numerous monasteries you can raid. However, in the case of Saint Alban's Abbey, you might encounter some difficulties. You will need to figure out a way to break the wall and then find the cell key. If you're having trouble solving these tasks, use our guide.

First, reach the location marked on the map.

Some of the abbey's buildings might seem non-interactive. But that's not the case. Allies will help you open certain doors. You can enter one of the buildings from the back using a fallen catapult. Windows blocked with straw can be cleared using a torch or a fire arrow. Church stained glass windows can be broken with melee weapons.

The wall can only be broken using local explosives. In a storeroom under the stairs and near the abbey, you can find red pots. Bring one of them to the wall and throw it to create an explosion. A treasure chest awaits you. You need to collect it to complete the raid.

Freeing the prisoner is not considered part of the raid. You will get the cell key during the storyline quest «A Path to Saint Alban's Abbey». After talking to the priest, go down to the dungeon and free the prisoner named Fulke.
