There are no specific preferences for upgrades anymore, you can choose any remaining ones. Once you reach the location, inspect the trash bin at the back. In the box, there will be clue No. 1 — crossbow. Near the campfire, under one of the benches, lies clue No. 2 — phone. On this level, you can earn the "Fight For Your Right (To Party)" achievement if you pop 30 balloons. To do this, you need to run over them or use a pressure washer.

It's best to start cleaning from the right house, as it provides access to other areas. At the entrance to the house lies clue No. 3 — phone. Nearby on a tripod is clue No. 4 — camera. In the far room, there is cassette No. 1 — OVER AGAIN. From the second floor, you can jump out the window into the adjacent building. There, near the corpse on the first floor, will be clue No. 5 — phone. After clearing, you can access the next barn also through the second floor or by finding a gap in the fence.

In the room on the table will be clue No. 6 — recorder. In the far room, there will be a box with a lot of money hidden behind cardboard boxes. As you enter the room, the last beer barrel will be on the right. Clue No. 7 — phone, is on the kitchen table, near the sink. Remove the body from the wall, picking up clues No. 8 and 9 (bolts). On the ceiling, there's some blood and a chair, which is easy to miss. Besides this, you need to place the table with the inflatable flamingo in its spot. On the nightstand under the TV lies cassette No. 2 — VOLTAGE RESONANCE.

In the last room, there will be clue No. 10 — bolt. After finishing the cleaning, all that's left is to find two secret rooms.

Go around the first house on the right and head to the end of the location. There will be a closed door that needs to be broken down with an axe.

Stand between the pool and the barn. Near the black and gold balloons, behind the bush, there will be a tunnel to a secret location. Reaching the end will unlock the "Single Ladies" achievement. On the bench to the left, you can pick up cassette No. 3 — LOST FOR YOU.
