The racing game Wreckfest 2 has been announced

At the THQ Nordic Showcase 2024 presentation, the racing game Wreckfest 2 was announced. The developers presented a trailer without gameplay footage and added a page for the game to Steam.
Wreckfest 2 is being developed by Bugbear Entertainment on a completely redesigned ROMU engine, which was used in the creation of the first part. According to the authors, the new game will receive an improved damage system, an updated career mode and a completely new split-screen mode.
The game is being developed for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. It does not yet have a release date.
