YouTuber compared footage from the Gothic remake and the original 2001 game

YouTuber Cycu1 examined the recent gameplay trailer of Gothic Remake and compared the footage with the original game. As a result, the blogger created a nine-minute video that allows viewers to see how the graphics have changed over the past 23 years.

Recall that the remake is being developed by the studio Alkimia Interactive. The creators of the original Gothic from Piranha Bytes recently announced their closure.

Gothic Remake does not yet have even an approximate release date. The game is planned to be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
