The Deadlock shooter has an unusual punishment for cheaters
With the new patch, the game has added not only the character Mirage, but also the ability to turn cheaters into frogs. As soon as the system detects an overly cunning player during a match, the opposing team is given a choice — to ban the user and end the session or turn him into a frog without abilities and equipment. The cheater will have to jump until the end of the competition.
The update brought other improvements to Deadlock. For example, the developers from Valve added a custom mode for matches, a report system, increased rendering performance, introduced a bonus system for the first kill of an enemy, and fixed many bugs. The full list can be found here.
Recall that the hero shooter Deadlock is in the early stages of development, and does not yet have a release date. However, the project's online peak reached 171 thousand players. The game recently received an official page on Steam.
Earlier, Valve announced a new hero for Dota 2.
