Need for Speed creators showcase iconic BMW M3 GTR from Most Wanted in real life

The developers of Need for Speed, in collaboration with the Speedhunters community, have unveiled the iconic BMW M3 GTR from the 2005 racing arcade game Most Wanted in real life.

The car will be on display at the BMW Welt exhibition center in Munich, Germany until January 2025.

«For the first time ever, you can live out that 2005 nostalgia in real life», — reads the official announcement.

The car was showcased to celebrate the release of the free Vol.9 update for Need for Speed Unbound, which is inspired by Most Wanted.

Speedhunters has also detailed the history of the BMW M3 GTR on their website.
