New Video Released for The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim
Warner Bros. Pictures has shared a fresh clip from the anime film The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim on social media. The movie is set to premiere on December 13 and will be shown in theaters.
The events of The War of the Rohirrim take place 260 years before the start of Peter Jackson's trilogy. The clip features Hera and Wulf — representatives of the Rohirrim and the Dunlendings, whose peoples are locked in conflict. The story follows Wulf as he seeks vengeance against Helm Hammerhand, the King of Rohan, for killing his father.

The film is directed by Kenji Kamiyama, known for his work on multiple installments of Ghost in the Shell.
Additionally, a brand-new The Lord of the Rings live-action film is in development, with Andy Serkis set to helm the project.
