The TIGA Awards ceremony took place in the UK, celebrating the best games of 2024 across various categories. The coveted Game of the Year award went to the co-op shooter, Helldivers 2.

- Best Action-Adventure Game — Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2;
- Best Arcade Game — Elsie;
- Best Audio Design — Still Wakes the Deep;
- Best Licensed Game — Marvel's Spider-Man 2;
- Best Casual Game — Paper Trail;
- Best Narrative — The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered;
- Best Puzzle Game — Viewfinder;
- Best Social Game — Go-Go Town!;
- Best Strategy Game — Galacticare;
- Best Visual Design — Helldivers 2;
- Best VR Game — Assassin's Creed Nexus VR;
- Creativity Award — Paper Trail.
As a reminder, the Golden Joystick Awards 2024 recently named Black Myth: Wukong Game of the Year. Nominations for The Game Awards 2024 have also been announced, with Astro Bot and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth leading the pack. The winners will be revealed December 12th.
