Rumor: Latest Nintendo Switch 2 Leak Reveals Enhanced Joy-Cons
Another wave of leaks about the Nintendo Switch 2 has surfaced online, with reports suggesting the console has entered mass production. Fans have uncovered early accessories like screen protectors and cases, while an insider shared a video purportedly showcasing the updated Joy-Cons.
According to images, the new console will feature a larger screen, roughly 8 inches in size. While the display technology remains unclear, IPS seems the most likely candidate.
A leaked video also highlights the new Joy-Cons, which closely resemble the original design but now include a fully functional trigger button on the side. This addition aligns with earlier reports from the accessory company Mobapad.
Insiders claim that Nintendo Switch 2 sales will begin no earlier than March 2025. Nintendo has previously confirmed that the new console will be backward-compatible with the original Switch.
