Metacritic names best 2024 games on PlayStation and Xbox

After recently publishing its list of the best PC games of 2024, Metacritic has now shared two more lists, featuring the highest-rated titles for PlayStation and Xbox.

Topping both lists is the major expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree, for Elden Ring. The second positions are held by the 3D platformer Astro Bot (PlayStation) and the JRPG Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth (Xbox). The third spot on both lists is occupied by the JRPG Metaphor: ReFantazio.
