The new patch for Cyberpunk 2077 added support for DLSS 4 with improved lighting and detailing
CD Projekt RED announced the release of patch 2.21 for Cyberpunk 2077. With its release, the game officially supports DLSS 4. Previously, the Digital Foundry team tested the technology and stated that the game looks significantly better.
DLSS 4 allows you to choose a new transformation model for the "DLSS Ray Reconstruction," "DLSS Super Resolution," and "DLAA" features, available on all GeForce RTX graphics cards. Developers noted that the multi-frame generation technology (available only on GeForce RTX 50) will come out on January 30.
Patch 2.21 also fixed numerous issues related to the photo mode, car style changes, and character creation. The update is available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5.
Cyberpunk 2077 was released on December 10. Recently, the Steam version of the game reached "overwhelmingly positive" recent reviews.
