Geralt's Voice Explains Why The Witcher 3 Is Still Popular Today
Ahead of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's 10th anniversary, Geralt's voice actor Doug Cockle shared his thoughts on the game's popularity. He listed the main qualities of the project that contributed to its success.
In an interview with GamesRadar+, the official «voice» of the monster hunter said that he considers The Witcher 3 a real «milestone in game development». The project managed to combine the quality of animation, gameplay, visuals, music, story and writing, which still amazes to this day, Doug Cockle is sure. Not the least of this was the level of storytelling:
Recall that the actor managed to work on the future anime The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep for Netflix. The premiere of the animated film featuring the «voice» of Geralt will start on the streaming platform on February 11.
