Journalist Releases First Mods for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 — Before the Official Launch

It turns out that the PC version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 already received two mods yesterday. They were created by German journalist Timo Schmidt, who aimed to make the immersive action game a bit more player-friendly.

The first mod makes aiming easier by adding a crosshair to the center of the screen. Archery has been made more accessible in the sequel, but for those who still find it challenging, this mod might help.

The second mod improves the herb-gathering mechanic, allowing plants to be collected instantly without a lengthy animation. It can be downloaded here.

Interestingly, the herb-gathering mod is marked as the 32nd on Nexus Mods, suggesting that dozens of new mods might be released shortly after the game's launch.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 officially releases today at 17:00 CET.
