Oblivion Remake Devs Reveal New Look at Cheydinhal

The TESRenewal modding team has unveiled fresh footage from their long-awaited The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion remake. This time, they showcased Cheydinhal, the city on the border with Morrowind.
The new video offers a glimpse at the city's landmarks. Cheydinhal is divided into three districts, with its crown jewel being the Great Chapel of Arkay. Players will also encounter the famed painter Rythe Lythandas, who needs to be rescued from his own painting.
Cheydinhal's neatly trimmed cityscape and idyllic green spaces get a breath of new life in #Skyblivion. Entirely implemented and navmeshed it's ready for a new generation of adventures.

The Oblivion remake is slated for release in 2025. Meanwhile, an official remake powered by Unreal Engine 5 is also in development.
