Rumor: Microsoft is Preparing a Gears of War Remastered Collection for PC, Xbox, and PS5

According to Spanish insider eXtas1s, Xbox might announce a collection of remastered versions of the classic Gears of War games this summer. If the rumors are true, the collection will be released not only for Xbox Series X/S and PC but also for PS5.

eXtas1s mentioned that with the Gears of War collection, Microsoft aims to fill the gap before the release of the new game, Gears of War: E-Day.

It's currently unclear which games will be included in the Gears of War collection, but it's likely to feature the first three installments.

As for the new Gears of War: E-Day, the project is being developed on Unreal Engine 5 for PC and Xbox Series X/S. Recently, there was news that the game might be released this year, but an official release date has yet to be announced.
