Google is making a historic move by transitioning entirely from its classic Google Assistant to the groundbreaking AI assistant Gemini. This monumental shift, powered by cutting-edge generative AI technology, will roll out globally in the coming months, impacting billions of devices.

Android smartphones will be first in line: Google Assistant will vanish from app stores and no longer come preinstalled.
