Alan Wake 2: The Lake House is a story expansion for Alan Wake 2, dedicated to the adventures of FBI agent Kiran Estevez in the spirit of Control. One of the types of puzzles in the DLC are tasks that require determining the correct code to unlock devices with important information. Let's take a look at all the necessary passwords for this.

In the expansion, you will encounter five password-protected computers scattered across different parts of the location.

To solve the six-digit code, you will need to pay attention to various notes and unusual details nearby.

This device will be encountered at the beginning of the playthrough, on the ground floor in Mr. Jules Marmont's office.

The clue is in the same room: on the wall slightly to the right of the door hang commemorative papers, one of which is marked with the date July 18.

Now, near the computer, let's pay attention to a small calendar where the number 38 is marked.

This gives us the code 180738, which, once entered, will allow us to unlock access to the use of elevators.

Another locked computer can be found on the second basement floor after meeting with the screenwriter Ed Booker, as it is located near his workplace.

The password for the device is written on a piece of paper attached directly to the monitor. It is quite simple: 123456. After entering it, you will be able to learn more information about the Marmonts.

This device has the most unusual password of all five computers. To find it, you will need to reach the control center on the second basement floor. There, in one of the rooms in its southern part, you will find the necessary locked computer.

First, pick up a new level pass from the lifeless body lying near the device. This will allow you to open the nearby locked door. Pay attention to the turned-on computer, where one of the emails states that the password consists of a birth date and the painting Brown Figures with Horns.

Let's study the nearby notes. They say that the celebration will take place the next Friday after the week with September 14. This gives us 2209.

Next, we return to the locked computer, near which lies a list of paintings. The title of the required artwork is highlighted in bold with the number 25.

Combining these, we get the code 220925 or, in the American date format, 092225.

With the new level pass, you can return to the first basement floor, where in one of the previously inaccessible rooms is the fourth locked device.

Look closely at the right edge of the computer: there is a piece of paper with the needed code for activation 021219.

Head to the fourth basement floor to Mrs. Diana Marmont's office, where the last locked computer is located.

There is also no puzzle here: the code is written on the right edge of the monitor, and this time it is even visible in the input window: 655298.
