Black Sheep: Stalker 2 Quest Walkthrough
While completing the storyline quest A Minor Incident in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart Of Chornobyl, when you reach the Malachite region, a side quest will appear on your minimap. Below we will explain how to complete it.
Black Sheep
Entering the building to start the mission, you will be met by several guards, and you will need to choose one of the response options. After replaying this part several times, we can confidently say that bribing them is not worth it. Instead, choose one of the following options: Will this pass for a pass? or I was at the Arc.
Now approach Viktoria Dorozhnyuk to accept the quest and get the coordinates. Your task is to find the group of Levsha, who went to measure psi-emissions, and also to find the stalker nicknamed Zhenya Moroz.
How to Find Zhenya Moroz
Head to the indicated point on the map, which is near the Agroprom Research Institute location. Near the Malachite checkpoint location, you will be attacked by four bloodsuckers. These creatures will constantly stun the hero, so don't forget to bring medical supplies — there is no bypass route.
Reaching the swampy area, you will hear a radio signal from Moroz, and soon another bloodsucker will attack you. Repel the mutant attack and talk to the man, as a result of which you will receive 800 coupons. If the mutant manages to kill the stalker, approach his body and search it. In this case, you will find a Suitcase with bones and а PDA.
How to Find Levsha's Group
You can start searching for this group north of the place where you saved Moroz, near cars and helicopters in the Yantar region. And, of course, the path to this place will not be without conflict. 250 meters from the destination, you will be attacked by Monolith fighters. If you do not have enough ammunition and medical supplies, we advise you to just keep moving.
When you approach the house from where the radio signal comes, enter inside and look around. Here you will find Levsha's group in full, but they will all be zombified. You will have no choice but to eliminate each of them. After that, inspect Levsha's body, take his PDA and flash drive. Additionally, you will find a pass to Malachite, which will provide you with unhindered access to the NTC, and the guards will let you in without any problems.
When you exit the building, the hero will be affected by psi-emission, and soon a Monolith fighter will attack. We recommend using the SSP-99 Ecologist gear, which you could get from the technician at the Icarus base, to minimize the impact and increase your chances of survival.
Now go around the house from the back and move to the end of the pier. There you can interact with the antenna and get the data, which can be uploaded to the flash drive.
The way back will be significantly calmer, with only a few Monolith fighters on your way. Upon arrival at Viktoria Dorozhnyuk, first tell her about Moroz, for which you will receive 1215 coupons. Then hand over the flash drive — she will reward you with another 2294 coupons.
How to Find the Flash Drive with Data
After handing over the reward, the woman will ask for another favor — to help Associate Professor Trachuk. The man is marked with a blue marker on the map, near the ATP Energy location.
Upon arriving at the marker on the map, you will meet the man who asked for the favor — to find the flash drive with data.
To the left, you will find the entrance to the building where you need to make your way to the flash drive. Entering inside, you will see many anomalies. Here we also advise using the psi-suit, as it best protects against radiation. In the room, carefully climb onto the containers on the left.
Now, when you are on top, carefully walk along the protruding parts of the wall throughout the room. Use bolts to temporarily get rid of the bubbles.
Reaching the collapsed bridge, simply jump over it and take the flash drive from the table on the right.
Exiting the building to give the flash drive to the associate professor, you will meet fighters of the Varta faction. If you previously showed the PDA to Korshunov, respond You're fighting the wrong way to display the badge. If you did not receive such a privilege, you will have to eliminate these stalkers. After talking to Trachuk, first ask him about Fakir. Only then will you be able to ask for and receive a reward of 2000 coupons.
Now return to Viktoria Dorozhnyuk. The path, of course, will not be without incidents, and most likely, you will be attacked by a bloodsucker again. Since the base is very close, we recommend ignoring its attack and just running forward. This will help you save supplies and medical kits for more important moments. After talking to the woman, you will receive an additional 6478 coupons.
