A fan of The Witcher 3 returned cut scenes to the best ending with Ciri

A player with the nickname merigoldmaribor released a mod for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which returns cut scenes to one of the best endings of the game. Apparently, the developers of CD Projekt RED removed some of the videos because of a hint about the location of the new part.

We are talking about the ending in which Ciri becomes a witcher. Here, the modder returned some of the girl's lines, uttered immediately after receiving the witcher sword. Following the dialogue between Geralt and his adopted daughter, there is another cut scene in which the heroes head to Ellander, where Triss or Yennefer awaits them. The latter option is determined by the player's love choice.

It is possible that at that time the developers planned to leave a «loophole» for the future fourth part, sending Geralt and Ciri to the Temerian principality of Ellander. However, for some reason, these scenes were cut.

Earlier, another modder restored one of the scenes from the finale of The Witcher 3, in which Yennefer betrays the Lodge of Sorceresses. And before that, another player shared an Easter egg he discovered in Skellige, which he noticed after 1000 hours of gameplay.
